I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with beautiful scenery and convenient access to shops and restaurants. After a long day of exploring, it was a great place to relax and rest. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, providing a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

This hotel is amazing! the rooms are clean and spacious with comfy beds. the staff is very helpful and can provide great tour advice. the hotel is in a good location with many restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel can organize airport pickup and tours. the breakfast is included in the tariff and has all the essentials. the rooms are well-furnished with quality furnishings.
The road access to the hotel is a bit inconvenient.

Conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Nice homely feel to the accommodation.
Wet rooms in the bathrooms without a sufficient slope to easily drain the shower water, keeping the bathroom floor wet. Language barriers due to the staff's limited English proficiency, making communication difficult at times.

Convenient location near Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Tina. Clean and comfortable rooms.

During my stay, I was pleased to discover that the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Not only did they help me arrange transportation to various sights, but they also assisted me with a problem I had with my return ticket. In addition, the hotel offered a lovely breakfast with a perfect mix of western and Chinese options. The hotel facilities were spacious and well-equipped, and transportation was easily accessible from the location. the staff and hotel amenities enhanced my stay and made it a memorable experience.
All was good.

Room was clean and well presented. the staff tried to be helpful as much as they could despite some communication difficulties. Location was near a nice restaurant area and close to a beautiful river.
The breakfast had limited options and was not suitable for vegetarians. the road access to the guesthouse was difficult and inconvenient.
